Perception is all about your dataset...

A major life lesson that we all learn at some point is: Your perception of what is going on is based on your past, your current emotional state, and a very small percentage of the total information of what is actually going on. Once we have learned this it is MUCH easier for us to tinker with our perception of a situation to find the best way to deal with it. We can find the way to forgive someone, or find the way to allow ourselves to let someone go out of our life, or how to love them despite what they have done. Sometimes all of the above.

I will be writing lessons about how to make changes to your perception that will help you to attain happiness, love, and true freedom in your life. Being able to shift your perception to a more useful place is the number one skill one must learn to make changes in their life. It is the most important skill. It can move you from hysterical to productive, from broken to functioning, from miserable to splendidly happy, from grumpy to gracious, from controlling to truly free. I hope my lessons to you, although not necessarily in an optimal order, will prove useful to you in creating the life you truly deserve.
